Stop & Find : Money: Managerial Concerns [Episode 72288]

by A.Nonymous

The manager of the Nerima Savings & Loan branch, Tsumura Ichiro, was a damn good economist and financial advisor. He couldn't stand to see people waste and squander their hard earned money. So he did all he could to ensure they didn't. He gave solid advice, set up sound investments and even special accouts for bigger customers. This Saotome kid was a financial emergency. It hadn't been easy but he'd convinced the boy to attend money handling and economics night courses! Ichiro could not allow the potential waste of so much money.

It'd been difficult escaping the Tendo home of an evening, finding a plave to stash his books and then the classes themselves. Abstract concepts, mathematics, all those printed words. 'Kami he'd hated it!'

Fortunately the instructor of this course was not some psycho reform school freak or a washed up burn out like the teachers at Furinken High School and insisted Ranma go have some tests! Two things had been found. Ranma was dislexic and some rose coloured glasses easily corrected the problem.

This breakthrough compiled with Ranmas' determination (spurred on by Ichiros' barbs < HA! You just can't master the secrets of Finance!>) resulted in Ranma quickly improving his intellectual and economic skills. Though Ranma didn't bring his glasses to school his increased use of his brains still improved his maths and other subjects, a bit anyway. He didn't want Nabiki or the Nerima Wrecking Crew to realize he now had brains and money.
