Morrigan focused on the name Saotome. It was a little know fact that a clan of powerful darkstalkers had bred into the Japanese familiy clan. A clan of darkstalkers who were arranged to marry into the Aenslad clan in order to increase their power base. Her father, so obsessed with power wanted their abilities under his control.
Until most of them were slaughter by the enemies of her clan so that her father would never use their powers against them. Although there was the chance that her father had been behind the attack, in a moment of madness. Jealous over their power.
For the Saotome had gained the bloodlines of the powerful Doppelganger clan. A clan with the ability to copy the abilities and powers of the other Darkstalkers clans. A clan with great powers. One of the few creatures that could hold their own with a demon princess such as she was.
She had a desire to see the offspring of the clan...to see if the darkstalker blood had come to light...
