"Well, apparently," Gina said. "I mean, the computer would not be showing us a map of Japan otherwsie."
"Is there anyway you could narrow down the search?" Theo asked his daughter. He was already in his mage suit and was prepared to cast a teleportation spell, but he still needed the coordinates.
"Give me a moment," Gina said as she began typing into the computer keyboard once more. On the console screen, the view of the map zoomed in further, showing a detailed map of Tokyo, circa 1999. "She's in Tokyo."
"So she's in the capital city of that country, right?" Gar asked, speaking for the first time. He had been silent all of that time, too nervous about his sister to really react to anything.
"Apparently," Gina said as she looked at the screen.
"Gina," Carla butted in, "Ist there any chance that thou can get us a closer look? It would be much easier we we only had to survey a select area."
"I agree," Luan said as she had her arms wrapped around one of Gar's. "The sooner we find Sheila, the better."
"All right, all right," Gina said, "But this will take a moment," Gina said as she then went to typing. It took her a longer amount of time to try and trace the call to a more defined location. But fortunately, the phone-tracer could link it to a certain district of Japan. "All right. It seems she's in the Nerima district."
"Any chance to find out which place she was calling from?" Julia asked. "We could try to ask the residence or passers-by qustions about seeing a tall redhead or a catgirl.
Shaking her head, Gina said, "Sorry mom, my computer is advanced, but Sheila wasn't on long enough to get the exact phone she was calling from."
"Well looks like we'll just have to search this 'Nerima' place then," Julia said in all seriousness. "I just hope that talk of 'werepandas' was just her imagination.
"Still, when you think about it, it's not all that impossible," Theo said, as he was gathering his etheral energy. "Iceron did have many other lycanthropic creations that never went into mass production, and he did go to asia, considering there are weretigers."
Growling angrilly, Gar mumbled, "Great. Just what we need. A race of new lycanthrope after a poor, defenseless, little jagwere."
"Uh, Gar," Luan started. "Your sister isn't that defenseless you know."
"Don't mind him," Carla said, "Tis just his overprotective older sibling instincts kicking in. I know, I hath felt it many a time when trying to save thy butt from yon frier."
"I could say I've saved your butt more, Carla," Luan said.
"Enough," Theo said as a swirling vortex of light appeared in Gina's lab. "It's time we set off to find Sheila."
