"Die!" Voldemort yelled, throwing a poisoned dagger.
"Huh?" Gokou asked from behind him, watching the dagger pass through where he had been just moments before. "What's going on?"
"Curses!" Voldemort exclaimed in frustration before pulling out his wand. "Avada kedavra!"
"Oh," Gokou replied, casually swatting the beam, "Hey, I think I've figured it out! Thanks!"
"Avada kedavra!"
"Let me try," Gokou answered, having seemingly teleported to Voldemort's side and palmed his wand, "Avada kedavra!"
Unfortunately, Gokou had thought that Voldemort's attack was a ki-technique. As it wasn't, and as Gokou had attempted to duplicate Voldemort's death-spell using ki instead of magical energy, and as Voldemort's wand was intended to help focus magic, not ki, said wand couldn't handle the sudden influx of enough life-force to destroy a small planetoid. Voldemort's wand promptly blew up.
"Oops," Gokou stated sheepishly, scratching the back of his head, "Sorry."
Now wandless, Voldemort decided that perhaps a tactical retreat was in order...
