He increased his IQ to above average levels for his sixteen years, then increased his assertiveness. He also gave himself skills in all things Pokemon. Knowledge that rivalled a Professor. Heck, he had all of the knowledge that Professor Oak had with Pokemon.
He also rebuilt himself physically. He made himself taller and more muscular. He made himself stronger, faster, increased his endurance. He also added a selection of skills in the martial arts packages. That should give Team Rocket pause. He also increased his cock to a good old size.
Then there was the sexual section was next. He moved the below average mark he had in it to an above average one, not wanting to be lacking in the sexy department. He also made it so that he was skilled in making a girl feel good by selecting several packages.
