"We tell the boss, that's what James."
"Are you sssssure that'ssss sssssuch a good idea misssstressss?"
Jessie sighed. "Well, we should at least let the boss know that something's happened Arbok."
"Like, everything's psycadelic baby."
The group turned to see Weezing just act like he was a hippy.
"Is it just me, or did Weezing get even more crazy?"
James shook his head. "I don't know Meowth. But anyway, at least Weezing doesn't mind what's happened."
"Of course not dude! This is so cool, I can actually talk to you and you understand."
Victribell was just hugging James on the side, content to be by his side. "Now I can be with you forever master."
Jessie was steamed. "ARGH! James! Do something!"
James cowered in front of Jessie's anger. "Um, Victribell, can you let go now?"
The plant ex-Pokemon sighed and reluctantly let go. "Sorry master."
"It's okay."
Meowth shook his head as they got to a communication's tower. "Look, der's da tower so we can call da boss."
"Right."
A few minutes later....
Giovanni's face showed up on the monitor, beside him was his Persian, unchanged. "This had better be good. I don't have time for false alarms or anything like that."
Jessie gulped. "Well boss, it is, you see, we came across this purple gemstone that, well, changed our Pokemon."
Giovanni got a glint in his eyes. "Really? Do you still have it?"
Jessie and James shook their head. James spoke up. "We did have it, but then the twerp with the Pikachu showed up with these two new faces."
The leader of Team Rocket snorted in disgust. "You mean to tell me that you lost it?"
The two quivered. "Well, yes. But you should see what that gemstone did to our Pokemon." Jessie spoke and the two got out of the way as Arbok, Victribell, Meowth, Weezing and Wobbafet came into veiw.
Giovanni raised an eyebrow. "Interesting, tell me, did that boy's Pokemon get changed as well?" Seeing the group nod, Giovanni came up with an idea. "Okay then, I want you to see if you can steal back that gemstone, or at the very least, make sure that they don't get any more."
"Yes sir!"
With that the communications were cut off.
When the communications went dead, Giovanni frowned, if Jessie and James had stumbled across one, then there had to be more of those multi-colored special gems still out there. The only real problem was the fact that the only way to tell if the gems were special was to have a Pokemon touch it and get changed.
'No big deal, after all, it's a sacrifice that I'm willing to make.'
