Kagome tries to smile as she climbed out of the well, but she can't, "I know Sango it's just.... I miss him so much. Even though he and Inuyasha fought all the time and he kept claiming me as his woman, he was still a the best friend anyone could have." She spoke, unaware that a tear was trailing down her cheek.
It had exactly one month since that horrible battle at the springs where Kouga died. For them it was like it happend just yesturday, even Inuyasha took it pretty hard. Cause a week before the battle he and Kouga agreed to set aside their differencese and work together to kill Naraku though they still fought over Kagome. When Kouga died saving his life, he transformed into his demon form and almost sucseeded in killing everyone, including Kagome. Till Miroku gave him his sword which transformed him back, Naraku had barely managed to escape from the battle. Since that day everything changed, he still blames himself for what happend and barely talks to anyone. He swore that he would kill Naraku for everything he's done.
Everyone followed Kagome out of the shrine and to her house when suddenly Inuyasha's nose picked up a familiar scent, at the same time Kagome's powers kicked in.
"No, it can't be."
Miroku was the first to notice the sudden change on his companions expressions, "Inuyasha, Kagome what's wrong?"
"I sense three jewel shards.... in my home!" Spoke Kagome shocking everyone.
Suddenly Mrs. Higurashi came outside and spotted her daughter and her friends, "Oh Kagome you're home it's been a while dear, you have a visitor waiting in the house."
"A visitor?"
Kagome and everyone went into the house and came to a hault. Sitting on the floor next to video game playing Sota with his tail swishing back and forth, was Ryoga.
"It's Kouga, he's alive!" Cried Shippo.
"It can't be!" Says Miroku.
"How is it possible that he's alive? We all saw him drown in that spring?!" Says Sango.
Ryoga turned to the group and stood up to face Kagome, "Kagome Higurashi?" Kagome nodded. "My name is Ryoga Hibiki and I have some news for you that you're probably not gonna believe."
"From what I've seen so far, I'll believe anything."
Next Ryoga tells them his story about his journey to China, the curse, the Amazons, and him and Kouga shareing his body and they.......
