Of course, there must have been a trap. She lost contact with the first group that went in, and so she had to call for more backup... Especially since she didn't want to go in there alone...
Finally, a Light Gate appeared near one of the tents, and Stryyp'Gia Diggers stepped out. Penny however, was surprised to see another form come out following Stryyp. One that was a werewolf. The Light Gate then disperesed when both figures had stepped out.
"Thank you for coming Stryyp, but," Penny then pointed to the werewolf. "Who is that?"
"Allow me to introduce you to Jetta. She is the Alpha of the Werewolf Clan." Stryyp said. "She has offered to help me track down my wife, since she has an excellent sense of smell."
Blinking, Penny asked, "Couldn't we have just used your Artifacts to lead us to her?"
Sighing, Stryyp said, "I tried as soon as you told me she and her sisters had been missing and not made communication. My Artifacts cannot seem to find anything here, and so I figured perhaps Jetta's natural senses can try where my powers failed."
Penny was surprised. Stryyp's Artifacts could work from such a distance? She'd have to talk him into letting her study them.
And so, the three went into the fortress...

An hour later, Jetta, following Britanny's scent had lead Stryyp and Penny to the same room that the Diggers girls had found earlier. Penny looked at the door which was melted a bit. "They had to have been here. This work on the door had to have been caused by one of Brianna's weapons."
"I would agree..." Stryyp said. "But still, where are they? This room leads nowhere else." It was then Stryyp saw Jetta looking at the floor. "Is something wrong?
Pointing to the sand all around the floor, Jetta just pointed to all the footprints. "They had been here. But what I find odd is that the footprints just lead in, not out... And that they end at that pedestal."
Stepping up to the pedestal, Penny looked it over. There were six slots in it, as if to hold something. Whatever it was, it was obviously now empty. "How odd... I wonder..."
Penny searched around the pedestal, Penny wondered if she could find possible contents around the area. After a few moments, she was now checking the buildup of sand around the pedestal, and came up with something. "JACKPOT!"
Stryyp looked at what Penny was holding. "Three rings?"
Penny nodded her head. "I knew there was treasure here. Those slots implied they held something, and it looks like it could hold these rings!
"What does that have to do with anything?" Jetta asked.
Smiling, Penny said, "Knowing Gina, they must have taken the rings and..." Penny stopped as she looked at the rings.
"And what?" Stryyp asked.
Penny was silent for a moment. She slid one of the rings on her fingers and smiled down at it. She found it rather beautigul and...
Stryyp and Jetta's jaws dropped as they saw Penny disappear and the two other rings fall to the ground.
"Oh my God..." Jetta muttered. After composing herself she then said, "Well, I think we know what happened to your wife then..."
Stryyp nodded. He moved over and took one of the rings.
"What are you doing!?" Jetta asked.
"Simple." Stryyp to a deep breath then spoke again. "My wife must have found a ring, and it took her someplace. This ring will lead me to her, I know it."
Narrowing her eyes, Jetta stared at Stryyp. "So, you expect to put it on and have it take you to her? What if you are taken someplace else!?"
"That's a risk Im willing to take..." Stryyp said. He put on the ring, and after a moment, disappeared as well, leaving the third ring on the floor.
Jetta sighed. She knew this was trouble, but she went through with it anyway. She placed the third ring on her finger. She felt warm for a second, and then she disappeared as well.

Back in Japan, Ranma was wondering about the African-American girl that just appeared. He was then even more surprised when a girl with tiger-patterned fur, and female werewolf landed on top of him.
Britanny blinked a few times at the girl with tiger-stripes. She smiled as she recognized him, now her instantly. "MUFFIN!"
Stryyp blinked. Well, at least she was with her wife now...
