[Episode 8014] [Episode 8014]Instead Ranma had made the choice based entirely upon the appearance of the outfit itself. Ranma had instantly vetoed the sailor suits and genie costumes because they reminded Ranma of something a pervert would put a girl in to ogle over. Likewise Ranma had quickly said no to anything that was pink or had ruffles or was lacy. This had eliminated about half of the stock.
Ranma had decided against most of the remaining clothes because they just did not look to allow much in the range of movement. Ranma had spent ages searching for a costume which had a pair of pants in it or even a pair of shorts. When she finally spotted the only pair of shorts on display she had immediately decided maybe a skirt wouldn't be so bad. (The shorts had been so small and tight looking that Ranma just knew that she'd never fit any kind of underwear underneath much less her favorred boxers!)
Finally Ranma had taken her last two possible outfit choices over to the wizard to ask if she would still be able to do martial arts in them.
When Ranma had pointed to her first outfit which she was actually thinking of taking her mind quickly chose the other instead when she heard that her first choice was that of a cheerleading costume. Sadly for Ranma her memories were so heavily influenced by the cheerleader Mariko that she never thought to ask the Wizard what the final outfit was for. If she had Ranma would surely have chosen to be a cheerleader instead.
So quickly did Ranma rush to the changing room that she never noticed the pitying look on the face of the slightly sadistic Wizard. Ranma had tried to leave her boxers on but had found that the magical costume refused to be put on without taking them off and that each time she tried to do so she experienced a brief state of agony. Ranma had then searched for the underwear that went with the outfit but she had apparently left it in the main store because of thinking she'd be wearing her boxers.
Ranma attempted to put her boxers back on in order to go out and retrieve a pair of underwear for the outfit but the moment that she touched her boxers she went into convulsions of pain. Figuring out that she couldn't put back on her old clothes and not wanting to leave the changing room in the nude, Ranma decided to just put on her new costume then go get the underwear afterwards so she began to put on the red garter belt and the hose. Next she stepped into the red mini-skirt before searching around for the bra. At that point Ranma again remembered that she had left the bra in the accesories bin as it had felt too feminine (and after all she had done just fine all this time without one right?). With a sigh Ranma shrugged into a filmy red toob top and finally looked over at the pair of red pumps that went with the outfit.. and gaped.
'Those heels hadn't looked that large before..' Ranma thought in shock. Not liking the look of the things Ranma tried both to just exit without any shoes or putting back on her usual training slippers only to feel pain fire through her body with each attempt once again. Realizing there was no choice left to her, Ranma slipped her feet into the red stilettos with the five inch heels.
The moment the last heel was secured firmly in place Ranma felt a strange sense of vertigo for a moment that soon left without a trace. Shrugging Ranma headed back out into the store after a brief pause as she tried to figure out what it was that she was forgetting. As she was leaving she took a final glance over at the wizard and thought that he looked different.. and she felt a weird tingling in her stomach..
As Ranma walked away from the shop and down the street a masculine voice called out, "How much for a quickie?" and that tingling only grew. Without realizing what she was doing Ranma had smiled over at the man, who would normally have received punishment for his remark, and led him over into a nearby alleyway.
