When they got to Jusenkyo Cologne asked Ryoga to follow her to the spring and told everyone else to be extra carefull as to not touch the cursed water or they'll be cursed. They stoped infront of a small pool with three bamboo poles sticking out of it and Cologne said, "Here's the spring that will hopefully give you and Koga your own bodies again. Just jump in the spring and we'll see what happens." Cologne explained as she stepped back from the spring.
Ryoga starred silently at the pool infront of him his tail twitching nervously behind him, "What'd you think Koga, should I jump in and see if it works or not?"
If Koga could shrug his shoulders he would've done it, *I don't know, I don't think we should because we don't know for sure if this will work but I have a habit of trusting my instincts and it's telling me that we should do as the old woman says and jump in. But you make the call cause this is your body so you decide.*
Ryoga thought about it for a moment and finally he shrugged, "Only onw way to find out." Says Ryoga while pulling his shirt off and seeting it aside. "Well here goes nothing."
Without a word he dove into the spring with a splash. Everyone else waited beside the spring hoping and praying that it would work. So far nothing.
"He sure has been down there for a long time." Spoke Sango as she held Kilala in her arms.
"He better not be drowning down there!" Says Inuyasha. Kagome just stood there clutching the fabric of her shirt with her hands, her heart was pounding so fast in her chest and her breathing was a little shaky.
Suddenly bubbles started coming from the spring, catching everyones attention including Inuyasha's and Cologne's. Then a pair of strong human hands and arms came out and grabed the the edge of the spring then another pair came out and did the same and all of a sudden two heads popped up gasping for air. One of them had a yellow bandanna around the forehead meaning that it was Ryoga so the other one had to be...
The two boys turned to each other and looked at each other in utter shock.
"Koga?" Says Ryoga.
"Ryoga?" Spoke Koga. They didn't say anything for a moment then they both broke into laughing and smiles.
"IT WORKED! WE GOT OUR BODIES BACK!" Both cried in laughter and embraced one another, not caring who was watching. Until they realized what they were doing and pulled away, both slightly blushing. Ryoga hoped out of the spring and gave Koga a blanket to wrap around himself cause he was naked.
