A shiver went up Ranma’s back once more. Crap and a half was he in trouble. “I wan to tell them, they deserve to know,” Ranma thought. “And I know Alex won’t want to have our wedding in secrecy,” Ranma stopped in his walk and walked over to a building, leaning against it. “But I know that the girls are gonna go ape-shit when they find out the truth.”
Ranma considered his situation. Akane was still set in her ways; having things the way they were. While Akane had been a bit of a pest ever since the failed wedding, Ranma was thankful that she hadn’t get worse. Sure she still had a tantrum every once in awhile, and Ranma had to fear her trying to cook at least twice a month, but she hadn’t flown off the handle at him, blaming him for the slightest thing. “That was the good thing about Jusendo. Akane trusts me, FINALLY,” Ranma thought...
...And then shivered. “Of course, once I tell her I got myself engaged to another woman, she’ll probably give me a malleting the likes of which I haven’t seen in a looooooong time...” Ranma thought with dread. He’d prefer to experience high altitudes from the safety of a cockpit, thank you very much!
“And then there’s Ucchan,” Ranma mumbled to himself. His ‘best bud’ was seeming less and less like a friend as time went on. It was obvious to Ranma that she wasn’t going to give up on marrying him any time soon. “Hell, I’d have to bee blind to figure out she doesn’t have her heart dead-set on marrying me,” Ranma though sadly.
It wasn’t that Ranma didn’t have feelings for Ukyo anymore. He STILL wanted to have a friendship with her. But she had been making it harder and harder for him. “Hell, she’s been throwing out engagement in my face more than Pops and Mr. Tendo do with my engagement to Akane,” Ranma thought sadly.
And that lead to the point with Ukyo. She was dead-set on him. Ranma knew she wanted to marry him, and when he told her the truth, told her of his engagement to his flight instructor, it would break her itty-bitty heart.
Thinking seriously, Ranma really cared about Akane and Ukyo feelings on this subject. As for the other two... “Well, at least Kodachi is on the verge of giving up on me,” Ranma thought a bit thankfully. Ranma could see that Kodachi was getting ‘bored’ with him as of late, due to lack of success and was only pursuing things out of form... “Hopefully it won’t be much longer until Kodachi finds something or somebody else to occupy her time with,” Ranma thought seriously. He didn’t hate Kodachi, but she wasn’t someone he’d want to be around for extended periods of time.
Sighing, then there was the fourth girl, and the REAL problem about trying to get married. “Shampoo,” Ranma mumbled. That crazy Chinese chick was on the verge of snapping due to the lack of success she had at capturing him; none of her dirty tricks worked and it drove the Amazon up a wall. “You’d think she’d get the point by now,” Ranma thought seriously.
Hell, who was Ranma kidding? This was the same girl that followed him all the way from China to try and kill him and then pull every dirty trick she could to get him married to her. And as of late, she just started to become outright hostile because of her lack of success. “And when she hears about this, she’s gonna go psycho...” Ranma thought with dread. He could already envision Alex and him being stalked by Shampoo constantly as she carries silver weapons to get rid of ‘Furry Obstacle’.
Groaning, Ranma slid down the side of the building he had been leaning against until he was in a sitting position. This was gonna be pure hell on him and Alex, unless he found a way to deal with all these girls and fast!
But who the hell could he go to for help?
