Lamp Of Mihoshi: B'Nee & H'll's Genetic Potluck? [Episode 83070]

by Kestral

"Where'd you get THAT?" asked H'll, eyeing the mystery flask in B'Nee's foremost manipulative appendage.

"It was in the back of the freezer," said B'Nee. "It's still good."

"That's completely fahrbot," said H'll. "It's GREEN and it's GLOWING."

"It's supposed to be," said B'Nee defensively. "Besides, once I splice a little here and a little there, and then some of THIS."

"You're a menace, you are, you understand that right?" asked H'll. "That's BLUE and it's glowing too."

"La da deee da da da dee dum," sang B'Nee as he mixed and poured and spliced and loaded it into a little device that made chug-chug-chug-chug and poofa-poof noises.

"That smells odd," said H'll.

"I find it rather pleasant actually," said B'Nee. "Now here we go. Into the Tequol 3 native."

More chug-chug-chug-chug and poofa-poof noises commenced.

"You know, this is just completely bizarre," said H'll. "So what's happening?"

"Nothing obvious, it's just adding a healing and recovery capability to the native, then I just throw him back to some point on his development." B'nee pulled a lever.

FLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOSHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

"Hmmm," said H'll, checking readings. "It looks like it worked. Oh floodle. Look at what you did."

B'nee's thorax chiton turned mauve. "Do I cook, or do I cook?! Yeah baby!"

H'll checked readings from the tagalong probe. "According to my instruments, there is an identification of the dominant of the two samples you fused. At least one of those genetic sources must be _____________."
