So I backtracked that horrible episode written by him and found John Cameron's episode which strangly hadn't ever been continued. I've tried to put all the characters as John had envisioned but I need some help on who that male martial artist is so I've left this episode off just as he is being introduced.
John or anyone else who knows who that martial artist in the training gi is please either continue the introduction or tell me in a review so that I may continue it myself.

The School of Crossover Delinquents!
Ranma, Akane, and the rest of their class stood in a pile around the doorway to their classroom and stared in shock into the room.
All of the desks had been removed overnight along with everything else in the way of furniture or decoration so that the room was left a barren empty wasteland of higher education. Even the blackboards were no longer in evidence on the front wall.
"What are you waiting for, students? You trying to skip the class? If you don't take your seats you'll be delinquents..." said a pouty small girl who was rubbing a small yen coin almost gleefully.
To the new transfer students it was a complete surprise to suddenly find themselves left in the hall as the rest of the class 'took their seats' even though there wasn't any chais or desks.
To an outsider it would be hard to tell what would be more comical... the sight of the new students gawking into their new classroom... or the image of the rest of the class either sitting on the floor (along with some rather offensive sounds) or each other. (The last group mainly being Ukyou on Ranma, Daisuke and Hiroshi attempting the same on Yuka and Sayuri without much luck. Oh... and there was that huge pile of students sitting on some poor pitiful looking kid but no one seemed to notice that.)
Miss Hinako looked at the doorway where the newest group of headaches and pains-in-the-ass-of-all-teachers deliquent students were still standing in direct defiance of her 'order'. She sighed and realized that maybe Ranma wasn't all that bad after all... until she noticed that said student was already asleep and with his tongue sticking out at her. She also noticed Akane putting away a blunt weapon of some kind and Ukyou glaring at her for it. 'Oh well at least she didn't actually use that but just threatened Ukyou with it...' she thought overlooking the fact that Ranma's head was gaining a bump and he was actually unconscious rather than asleep and sticking his tongue out at her.
Miss Hinako returned her attention to the new deliquents who had destroyed their schools and been kicked out to the only school crazy and stupid enough to take them transfer students. With one last sigh she waved the new students in and explained to everyone the new classroom configuration.
"As you all may have noticed we have a large transfer student group now joining the school. Due to lack of space and resources and crazy people willing to risk their lives in this hellhole teachers, the administration of the school decided to just pack them all into existing classes instead of adding new class groups. The huge group of students now in each room has made it impossible to keep desks in it. Fortunately for us we do not have to sit on the ground as a local business has graciously supplied the school with free cushions for us all to sit upon."
Miss Hinako reflected that it was indeed lucky that the school had such a generous benefactor, although in all her time as a teacher and displinarian she had never before come across a cushion manufacturer with that name. She hoped these new 'Whoopee' cushions could stand up to the abuse that happened in any class Ranma was inside like those old 'Martial Artist Deskmakers School' desks had.
"Now for the new student introductions. As I point to you please say your name, your energy level, martial arts school and ranking, special attacks, and what you did to destroy your old school and get kicked out to this institute of learning." Miss Hinako stated causing all of the new students to look at her as if she was crazy while the rest of the class grew slight sweatdrops but otherwise appeared as if there was nothing unusual being said.
The first person pointed to was a fornal-looking girl with purple hair. "My name is Juraii, Aeka and I had nothing to do with the destruction of our school. I most humbly must attest to the true cause of that disaster, Miss Ryoko. Ahahaha!" she ended in much the manner of a certain Kuno female and spoiling the rest of her mannerisms and speach.
"Oh, shut up, princess!" groused another female who was stuck firmly to other side of the boy 'Aeka' had been hanging onto prior to her introduction. "At least I didn't kidnap people and torture them while playing at being a dominatrix."
'Aeka' spluttered and tried to refute the demon-woman's words before the class thought badly of her. Unfortunately most of the class had already broken into the latest gossip concerning the dominatrix princess and her playtoys 'Miss Ryoko' and the new guy. Ranma was still unconscious, Ukyou was still fretting for him and trying to get in a few gropes while she could. And as for Akane... her mind had locked onto the 'princess' comment and was going through a complicated decision-making-process. If one were to break it down into simplistic terms it went something like:

... It was at that point that her brain kept running into a continuous error-loop as it had never happened before as even the closest similarity was the prince of the musk Herb who turned into a girl. Finally her brain made a code tweak to end the loop based on the data already known.

By the time Akane's brain had finished her decision making skills (and had subconsciously bopped him once more over the head to stop the pervert from making the princess notice him and become yet another fiance) both Aeka and Ryoko had already finished their introductions and that boy they had been hanging onto named 'Tenchi' was wrapping up his own. Naturally the moment he finished the two girls were glomped onto him all over again and fighting over him. At this Akane added another bump growing out of Ranma's head to keep him from being encouraged by yet another pervert making out with two hussies at the same time. (Are these three the only cast members from Tenchi Muyo who will make an appearance at the new crossover-from-hell-school? The choice is up to you...)
The next person to be pointed to was yet another hussy from what Akane could make out. Who ever heard of wearing a bikini bathing suit and boots to school? 'That girl is even more shameful than that pervert Ranma can be!' While Akane was busy fuming over her perverted fiance and 'yet another hussy that he would be trying to date if history was anything to go by' the introductions had continued and among the new students had included the school's newest addition to the perverts squad.
That isn't what Akane was now in a burning rage over... well not directly. It seems that somehow Ranma-kun had become Ranma-chan while still unconscious (actually Ataru's attempt to glomp onto Akane herself had caused Lum to release some electricity which had somehow shorted out the anti-fire sprinkler set in the roof so that the one directly over Ranma had somehow come on for a moment) and now Ataru was all over the girl with the big breasts, no bra, and who wasn't fighting him off or yelling at him (mainly because Ranma was so deeply under from the triple-head-beating Akane had gifted upon him in such a short time span).
Akane fumed as she watched the perverted display before finally smacking both the perverts out the window and into the distance. 'Humph! Ranma is such a pervert! Honestly, he'll even make out when asleep and a girl, ugh!'
As the 'Lum' girl chased out the broken window after her errant husband and the husband-stealing earth girl who was obviously trying to seduce him, Miss Hinako was ignoring all of the goings on as she was so used to incidents like this. Which is why she pointed at the man in the martial artists getup to introduce himself next.
Postscript: Mister Cameron had added the following crossovers from what I can tell: Tenchi Muyo (Aeka... I added Ryoko and Tenchi and others can add more later), Sailor Moon (Moon and Mars... although why Rei/Ray would be there is a question since she went to a different school entirely than Usagi/Serena... if you're going to have them I'd suggest at least adding the rest of the Inners and perhaps the outers), Flame of Recca (Recca-kun... I'd suggest adding at least the rest of his team and his 'hima'), Devil Hunter Yohko (Yohko... I'd suggest adding the other devil hunters and Yohko's 'manager'), Urusei Yatsura (Lum... I added Ataru but I'd also suggest the rest of the aliens and perhaps Mendou and the four idiots.. err Lum's Knights), and some martial artist whom I don't recognise the name or series of.
Of course he also left it open for a ton of other options with his line, "As the comments kept coming from various new students it resparked the debate between the resident students regarding the truth." I'd suggest series such as Yu Yu Hakashu, Inu-Yasha, etc. could easily be included.
