Asuka was by now completely off the beam, she just couldn't reconcile what was happening with her ideas of what should be. She'd had... well, whatever it was, she'd done it with Shinji. How could she do anything with him? It was disgusting! He was a wimp, a whiner, a useless little nobody outside his EVA. Asuka Langely Sohryu didn't let boys see her naked, especially not wimps like Shinji! She couldn't have done that with him! Even wondergirl would have been better! And now Misato was mad at her too? She couldn't see how the day could get any worse, but she know she was going to.
Misato let the girl sweat for a minute or so, then spoke up. "Asuka, just what in the name of everything sacred were you thinking? Were you thinking at all?" When thre wasnn't an immediate reply, "I didn't think so. You probably didn't even use protection, did you?" Again, when Asuka didn't immediately reply, "Asuka, you idiot! Had you even considered what getting pregnant would mean? Not just socially but professionally? You're an EVA pilot, a military officer, and even if you could pilot while you're carrying you'd be yanked so fast it would make your head swim!" Asuka was hearing the words, but not realy getting the meaning, Misato had chewed out enough subordinates to tell. "Now, what can you say that could possibly make you look like you're not a total idiot?"
"Um... he didn't... " She blushed furiously, "We only did it with our hands, he didn't actually... you know... "
Misato nodded, "Well, I suppose that's an improvement. So how long has you two been doing it?"
"Um... this was our first."
Misato nodded sharply, "Good. I'll talk to Ritsuko, we'll get you an IUD as soon as possible. But now, I need to talk to Shinji. Get him in here."
