World Watching: Wax Monsters [Episode 84636]

Years ago, a young man by the name of Walt worked at a wax museum to help pay his way through college(majoring in criminology). While working their he built a crime computer to help him figure out when crimes were going to be commited. When he turned the computer on, three waxworks came to life: Dracula, Frankenstein's Monster(Frank N. Stein), and the Werewolf(Bruce W. Wolf).

Instead of attacking Walt, they assited him in fighting crime to make up for their previous behavior. Due to the way they came back, they did not suffer their usual weaknesses. Dracula did not need to drink blood and could walk in broad daylight. Bruce didn't go beserk when the moon was full. But, they retained their powers.
