Unknown to the rest of the world, something had lain deep under Tokyo since befor it was known as Edo. One of Iceron's many strongholds had served it's purpose and protected its many secrets even long past the fall of the Age of Magic.
Within its walls something stirred. An odd device, which in actuallity was the magical counterpart of a computer, activated itself. Sensing the creation of a new were-cat and knowing through its ingrained knowledge that as long as Iceron was alive _HE_ was the only one capable of creating new lycanthropes, used a teleport spell to transport its masters newest servant to its lair.
