He cleared his throat as it felt a bit dry, which apparently woke the Werecat up. "Ranma Saotome?"
Ranma groaned a little as he woke up. "Huh?" Shaking his head he looked at Agent M. 'So it wasn't a dream eh?' "Yeah, that's me, what do you want?"
M put up that grin on his face that he was (semi) famous for. "Not much. I just have a few questions for you."
Seeing the Werecat nod, M spoke. "I was just wondering how you were going to take care of that child. It's quite apparent that you won't let anyone near her, so I was wondering how you were going to raise her."
Ranma frowned slightly and looked at the little girl in his arms. He really didn't have any ideas on how to take care of a kid, much less a little girl.
M nodded at seeing Ranma's reluctance. "I thought so. You were going to raise her, but you really have no clue as to how to do so, am I right?"
Ranma winced and looked at him. "So? What are you going to to about it? Try and take her away? There's no way I'm going to let that happen."
M didn't look impressed by the growling that the Werecat was doing, but internally he shuddered a bit. 'Damn, that's scary.' "Listen, it's obvious you don't want to let anyone have her. So what I was going to suggest was that you spend the night here and then we can work on getting you to stay someplace for a bit to learn how to raise her."
Ranma raised an eyebrow. "You won't try and take her from me will you? Cuz if you do, I'll rip each and everyone of you apart."
M nodded. "You don't need to worry about that. I can assure you. Now then, there's something I've been meaning to ask you."
"What?"
M chuckled. "Don't worry, nothing personal, but I was merely wondering what type of Werecat you were. You see, I've never seen one like you before."
Ranma blinked. "Oh." 'What was it that Bast said I was again? Oh yeah!' "I guess you could call me a Weresmilidon."
'Weresmilidon, interesting.' "Okay, thank you."
