The ancient formulae he had found, along with a carefully hoarded sealed vial of Jusenkyo water, could not only seal those doused in the final product into a pleasing form but also wreak all manner of changes onto their libido and submissiveness. Happosai learned the hard way that he could well need more than one try at this, considering his main target and all.
