If they had that listed then he certainly had to be able to get himself cured here. So he checked the little oval to indicate his curse and went on.
"Pet," Ranma read and immediately checked down "no." "I don't have a pet and what do they care about that anyway?"
The next box was "owner" and Ranma blinked for a moment before realizing that if you answered "no" to pet that you were supposed to leave that blank. He shrugged and continued on.
"Preference," he read. That was easy enough to start. "Heterosexual, homosexual, bi."
