Of course, Ranma was not a complete master in some of the skills he put down, he knew only parts of some of the martial arts styles and his feminine skills weren't very well developed. But, after he turned this in, that would change. If only he realized this.
Well, he was supposed to go hog-wild on this apparently, so why not.
Pretty soon a rather untidy scrawl covered the wish-list page.
"I wish I was smart enough to not be tricked by Nabiki, and I wish I didn't have problems in English class. Or math. My mom would want my handwriting to be better. Man, I wish I understood the girls better. If I could give them what they want it would be great. Or the guys. That would be cool too, no more 'Ranma prepare to die!' and gunk like that. You know, if I know all those Amazon laws I might be able to figure stuff out about how to handle that, too. And I probably should learn Japanese better, I'm sick of Nabiki teasing me about the way I talk."
And so on and so on.
And then, of course, it was time to turn in the application.
"Okay," the clerk said cheerfully. "And this will be the price."
Ranma looked at the amount and his heart sank.
