She frowned in thought, "I don't know. I can try," and she concentrated on her outfit, then gasped. "Um... it's a change, but I don't think it's what you wanted."
Ranma turned to look, and nearly passed out before turning around; the fathers were practically drooling, Kasumi looked a bit startled, and Nabiki was wondering if she'd time to get her camera. Ranma was just repeating to himself, over and over, "Not gonna look, not gonna look, not gonna look." In his experience, a beautiful naked girl could only mean one thing: He was going to get clobbered.
Misato tried to cover herself with her hands, "I think I need more practice."
Still looking away, all Ranma could do was to say "Yeah, I'll agree. Could you maybe change back? I think we need ta take Akane ta see the doc."
Misato concentrated on her harem outfit, "You can look now, Ranma," and he turned around to see his genie back in her clothing, such as it was, and Akane floating into her arms. "Show me the way?" Ranma stepped out, still a bit dazed, and began roof-hopping toward Tofu's clinic. Misato followed, soaring alongside him, her legs blending into a trail of smoke until they set down.
Ranma stepped in, "Yo, Doc! Akane's knocked herself out!" and then turned back to Misato, "Just lay her down somewhere."
The genie obeyed, "Should I stay out for this?" So far, her experiences with the people in Ranma's life hadn't been reassuring; the kid really needed her help, with those two crazies he called a fiancée and a prospective father-in-law. She wasn't sure how much help she could be, but there wasn't much room to make things worse, was there?
Ranma considered that briefly, "Nah. Th' doc'll need ta know about ya anyway." And the doctor was out soon, to Ranma's relief.
He looked her over quickly, "Can you take her into the surgery? How did this happen, anyway? It looks like she was hit in the face with a large blunt object," and Ranma and Misato explained the situation. He did have trouble with the claim of Misato's being a genie, but a quick flight around the room convinced him. "I... see," he trailed off, turning his attention to the unconscious girl. He checked her pulse, pupil action, respiration, and a few other physical parameters, "Well, she doesn't seem to have a concussion, but she should probably stay here for now; would you two like to stay with her?"
Misato jumped on that, "We'd be glad to!" This would give her a chance to talk with Ranma in private, and find out what was really going on around him. At least she hoped it would.
