Ranma stopped as a man in blue and red clothing with web designs on it. It held a spider on the chest. The girls had taken attack position and the man had taken a defencive position. Ranma looked at the man and recognized him. "You're Spider-man! Peter Parker!" Ranma was shocked to see the media character.
Spider-man was startled. "I'm Spider-man, but I'm not that Parker twerp. Who are you? What are you doing here?" It was hard to tell what the man was think with the mask on his face. But his voice told that he was worried and upset.
"You're Peter Parker. You were bitten by a radioactive spider and gained spider powers. Superstrengh and agility. Wall crawling and Spider-sense. It's all in the comics where I come from. I'm Ranma Saotome from Nerima, Tokyo, Japan. It's a honour to meet you." Ranma walked up carefully to shake Spider-man's hand. The girls stood their ground yet relates a bit as they followed Ranma's lead.
"You're Ranma Saotome? But that's impossible! You're just an anime character. You can't be real! Unless...What are you doing here?" Spider-man asked, covering up his shock at the discovery of Ranma's nature in his world.
"Looking for the creep that is causing all of this trouble, Ataru Moroboshi! He's been collecting women from everywhere. He's trying to create a powerful harem. I managed to free some women from his enslavement pods, but we are still looking for his command centre. But all we are finding are more pod rooms." Ranma told the hero.
"That might explain things. My wife, some of my female friends and other women had been kidnapped. Several heroes and myself have been looking through different locations for them. Now, it seems that Ataru has them and is subverting them." A rising sense of anger was in his voice.
"Perhaps I can be of some help. I can try to cast a spell to find those that you are looking for. It might not be perfect, but it might help you with your mission." The Sorceress said, trying to help Spider-man.
"And if she can't manage it, I can!" Evil-lyn added, trying to show up the Sorceress. A slight look of dislike cross the two magic users.
"Maybe if you use your two spells together, you might get a stronger spell." Suggested Teela, adding "If it's possible."
Spider-man took Ranma's outstretched hand. "Let's look for them!"
