However after he got up from his bed at his regular time, took his shower and put on one of his endless set of uniforms, he got a clue while preparing breakfast.
He was out of oatmeal, and Tuesday was always oatmeal day. He'd scheduled it so that he didn't get tired of the food, but would always know what he would be having. It meant that he would have to have farina again, but he decided that adapting his plans that much would be a neccessary sacrifice. Still, he'd have to pick up some plain oatmeal on his way back from work.
Of course, he had no idea of what sort of day this would indicate.
"We have a problem," Fuyutsuki said as he came into the office.
Finishing sitting down for the first time that workday, Gendo looked up at the older man. "What has happened?"
"I just got a report that could cause at least a delay to current plans."
"That is not a good thing. What is it about?"
