Phone Call... [Episode 907]

"Saotome-residence," she said.

"No-chan," Genma says nervously.

"Genma!" Nodoka gasped. "I haven't heard from you in so long! Is Ranma okay?" She frowned as Genma hesitated to answer. "Is Ranma OKAY?!"

"Yes, err..." Genma gulped.

"Genma..." Nodoka tried not to growl into the phone. She had never wanted Genma to leave anyway. She'd THOUGHT that stupid seppuku agreement would convince him not to take her child away, but she had been wrong.

"Yes, she's fine," Genma said finally.

"Oh good," Nodoka said, sighing in relief, it must have been some other problem that Genma was ner..."Wait...did you say 'she?'"

"Yes, you see," Genma said. "There was this genie and it gave him three wishes and..."

"He wished to be a girl!?!" Nodoka demanded in disbelief.

"No!" Genma said. "The genie gave Ranma its LAST master's three wishes!"

"Which were?" Nodoka asked. Genma told her and she arched an eyebrow.

• Nodoka insists they go through with the contract and Genma goes on the run.
• Nodoka insists that Genma brings Ranma back to her immediately. Upon getting Ranma back she divorces Genma and returns to her family.
• Nodoka demands that Ranma come back, but forgives Genma. Unfortunately, this means Ranma is exposed to the "girls are weak" attitude the rest of her childhood. (Or at least until Genma has another son by Nodoka)
• Ranma goes to a special school for highly intelligent kids. There he meets Gina Diggers and Penny Pincher. Will the rivalry be three way this time, or will Ranma's presence mean they're all friends.
• Many years later, Soun and Genma try to force their daughters' children to marry.
• So just what sort of genius IS Ranma anyway? Scientific or Magical?
