In a universe parallel and also opposite of our own there is a boy... who goes by the nickname Talon. His name is Erwin, he only knows this because of a pendant that he wheres which bares his number.
He is wearing a black baseball cap, and a matching leather jacket, in addition a torn NIN T shirt covers his scars. When he was young Erwin had been in a tragic accident which cost him vision in his left eye, similarly he had five scars running across his back, and was missing his left arm. Said Arm had a wepon modification after Erwin had seen the X-men movie. A faded pair of blue jeans and military grade boots completed the ansamble of the boy sitting at a Tavern Bar.
There was was another whom was a constant companion to Erwin, her name was Gina. She also had lost her family, that is if you belive machines can have a soul. To hear the story told, there was once a great alchemist who tried to raise her mother from the land of the dead. Only when her mother returned she was a soul-sucking demon of lich like manor. In order to destroy the 'thing' the alchemist retuned the monster to the land of the dead. Only to be cursed, a body of steel cold to the touch. A childs toy made of aluminum and plastic, a thing no bigger than...well a housecat.
Gina had made a deal with the devil. The demon was Simply known as Britanny a necromancer whom was intested in the souls of little girls. Personaly Gina was sick to the stomach just thinking about how the werecheetah that transmuted her soul into this toy. she then used Gina's body and her blood to create Grave Digger. Gina had barely escaped from the Pediphile several years ago.
Gina's body was of feline design. It of course had several wepons grade 'modifications' in adiition to being chrome plated. As she was usualy seen folowing Talon' and it was well known that the two were of similar desire, a good natured crimina- er citizen donated a leather backpack. Aforementioned backback was hanging on Erwin's right shoulder. Gina would poke her head out of the pack and Erwin would bitch about her weight. Gina's current form weighed about 35 lbs.
However I digress, Erwin's momentary loss in thought was not due to such thoughts. The reason the boy was distracted was an individual approaching from the far side of the room. He was phisicaly cut whith a personlaity of a child, at least in Talons mind. Personaly He couldn't stand the baby faced jerk.
" I thought I told you not to touch Brendon." The man carefully states. If one were to gaudge his age from apperance you might assume he was 16. His facial features were basicly human however if one were to look closly you would notice other things his eyes were slited, and his ears were pointed like a demon...or a cats.
" I Thought I Told you I didn't care Gar, What does it matter to you wheather I Kill him or 'your Kind' does." Talon half screamed as he glared at the taller boy.
"Out of respect for your mother I won't kill you." Acting noble didn't actualy suit the lycanthrope.
"out of respect for Gina's Diggers mother you mean." Talon spit back.
"You've been warned Pipsqueak." he uttered with a low level growl before pushing Erwin's head flush with the table. " Interfear again and I will KILL YOU!" Gar released his hold on Erwin's head and started to leave when he heard Erwin speak.
"Don't Count on it." Erwin said under his breath. Gar turned around in order to give the 'Talon' boy a lesson when he spotted the mirror.
Its name was forbidden as its last user had been a lech of unmesurable power. Not a Lich a Lech of great power. It was belived if its name was spoken, or that of said lech. He would come back and rid the women of the land of their undergaments. Erwin Let a tear fall into the looking glass and...
