The Lost-boy Journals: "Why didn't you tell them?" [Episode 91409]

Kouga waited in the hallways for his mate to come out of the guest room, he had to ask her a question that had been bothering him for a while after they had told Inuyasha and Kagome their story. Finally Kagome came out of the guest room, she noticed the look on her husbands face and became concerned.

"Kouga-kun what's wrong?"

Kouga turned to his mate, "Kagome why didn't you tell them?" He asked, even though he already knew the answer he wanted to be sure.

Kagome knew Kouga was going to ask that question for part of the story they had told Inuyasha and her younger self was false, Kagome remembered all to well how it really happend. The final battle with Naraku, the wish, finding Inuyasha, everything. Tears began forming in Kagome's eyes, the pain she had tried so hard to forget was coming back. Upon seeing the tears in his loves beautiful eyes Kouga was mentally smacking himself for being so stupid, he made his mate cry and if there's one thing he hated it was not only seeing her in pain but him knowing he caused it.

He wrapped his arms around Kagome in a tight embrace, "Kagome I'm so sorry I shouldn't have brought that up. Please don't cry, I didn't mean to make you cry." Kagome smiled against his chest, She knew Kouga didn't mean to make her cry and that he would never do anything to hurt her.
