She was in the middle of preparing the table when she heard the front door open, and two figures stepped into the house.
"You really shouldn't drive like that Haruka," the elegantly coiffed of the pair murmured as they walked.
The short haired blonde smirked. "It was fun wasn't it?"
"The police officer didn't think so."
"Aww Michiru... He never even really saw us."
"I think that is why he was annoyed."
"Well, he didn't know..," the blonde said with a grin, before turning to see their houseguest watching them. "That we have someone in our house."
"I'm very sorry," Ranma apologised, "But Setsuna-san brought me here and told me that I could stay..."
"It's perfectly fine," Michiru told her, "She already told us about you."
"She has..?"
"Yes, and you have nothing to worry about. We understand that you need to rest and relax, and it is fine by us."
"It is..?"
Haruka looped an arm around the redhead's shoulders and pulled her to her side. "Of course it is! You can stay here all you want."
"Thank you."
"No thank you. Having a new girl around here sounds pretty nice, and I'm sure that you'll fit in just fine."
"I hope so..," the redhead murmured.
"Hey, if you need someone to rely on, just come and see me. I'll give you a hug or anything else you might need."
"I don't know..."
"Don't worry about it. It'll be okay. Besides, you wash my back, and I'll wash yours."
"What does that mean?"
"It means that we'll do things for each other, and I'm sure that we'll have the chance to be really close... OW! OW! OW!"
Michiru held her lover's ear and smiled at the short redhead in front of her. "What Haruka is trying to say is that you are welcome to stay, and that we are certain that everything will work out perfectly."
"Well... That's pretty much it but I also want to... OUCH!"
"Behave yourself..."
"But I'm just being friendly..."
"A bit too much, don't you think?"
"Actually, not eno... Okay, okay... I'll be good."
"That's a good girl."
Looking between the two girls in front of her, Ranma wondered what was going on, but decided to stay out of it. Whatever it was, it was between them two, and she didn't want to get in the way. "Umm... If you're hungry, I made some dinner," she told them before heading back to the kitchen.
Letting out a low whistle, Haruka smirked and whispered to her partner, "She's not only stacked, but she can cook..."
"Which is more than I can say for you," the Senshi of Water commented.
"Hey!"
"Now, if you're done ogling her backside, we should wash up before the food she cooked gets cold."
"Alright, alright... You want to do it together?"
"Whatever for?"
"Well... you might get some water on your blouse..," the racer drawled with a suggestive lift to her eyebrows.
"Why you..."
"Last one to the bathroom is the one that gets splashed."
"It's a race to you now?"
"I am a racer..."
"Too bad you are fast at everything..."
"Not 'everything'..," Haruka purred.
The Water Senshi giggled slightly and the two of them headed to wash up while:
