Hojo grunted, "Better with the infusion." he looked to say something more, but waved the topic off. "The board had the mail clerks shot, so I'm here to acquire the recent evaluations on Alpha-Unit 00."
"Treaten with veh Union again?"
"Yes. Something about equal rights and that old mumbo jumbo." Hojo shrugged. He was quite apathetic to such things.
"Vight."
"Doctor Wiley, if you would?" Hojo motioned towards the work station.
"Very vell." Wiley motioned towards some faceless mooks, "Vring up security cameras on vee test subbect Alva-Unit 00."
A screen of a little boy strapped to a operating table appeared on the screen. He was covered from head to toe in differing machines and plugs attached to his body, most noteable the huge helmet contraption that was hardwired to some kind of video feed. Huge lumbering machines set up in a semi-circle around his prone form, the screens emitting pertinent information, with one machine pouring a grotesque liquid of varying colors into the patient from huge canisters kept nearby.
"As you can vee by the screens, vhe subjects viochemical vrogramming is vroceeding above vrojected estimations." Wiley pointed out, "Vubject's vody has regenerated with vhe fusion of Vuardian Omega; Bahumut"
Hojo nodded slowly, "Excellent." he spared the doctor a glance, "This particular subject had been screened months before the incident. Early reports and scans listed him an above, if completly normal canidant.. so.."
"Vou no doubt vondering about preliminary scans vefore Invusion took place?"
"The board has raised questions, yes." Hojo shrugged, "I won't deny my curiosity, either. Just how is it possible for him to have raised his bio-electrical ratings from above average, to off all our projected charts?"
Wiley rubbed his chin in irritation. That particular question had been asked many times since they recieved the disfigured crippled tyke, it just wasn't something they could answer. He hypothosized this 'Neko-ken' incident he had been gathered from was the cause, but had neither the data nor facts to make such a conclusion. "In a vord?"
"Please."
"Unvown."
"Pfeh." Hojo grunted. He should have expected that coming from this weirdo. He seemed like the atypical mad scientist type that just loved screwing with the minds of his uppers. "Fine. Give me a print out. Any thing of particular note you want brought before the board?"
Wiley shrugged, "I vant to attempt second invusion protocals with vhe patient."
Hojo blinked, "Second infusion? Doctor, pardon the pun, but are you mad?"
"I velieve the vubject can handle a vecond infusion. His vatistics are incredibly vigh." Wiley shrugged, "Vhat would ve the problem? He is a vard of the state, his vemories are viped."
"Fine fine!" Hojo interrupted, "Just stop talking! That cheap accent gives me a headache!"
Wiley blinked, before chuckling, "Very vell."

The boy known as Ranma continued to slumber while the minds of quite mad doctors decided his fate. His memories of the brutal father and sensei eroded away, the fleeing precious thoughts of a mother who loved him dearly washed away in a sea of drugs, and Bahumuts influence.
