Shampoo's curse shifted but wasn't outright destroyed. Instead it became so that hot/cold water had no effect - being permanently on. Unfortunately he wasn't thinking with an entirely clear head at the moment. He had an Amazon rubbing up against him, had his face in between Nabiki's thighs, and was trying to play dead lest he become real dead.

So his thoughts flicking from recent events, he simply diluted Shampoo's curse among all the potential recipients. Akane, Nabiki, Kasumi, and Shampoo all got "kittified" as it got spread amongst them.

• each of them is stuck with being 25% feline, all have the same add-ons for simplicity's sake.
• Ukyo is added to the gift list, so each recipient was hit with 20% of the feline features.
• Ukyo and Kodachi bring the kittenish load each bears as 16.6%.
• Big oops. Thinking of several different girls while in this situation spreads the gift around. Now Ukyo, Kodachi, Yuka, Sayuri, and a couple of other girls are in the kit-cat club but at least they only have a 10% change.
• oops. Looks like it's all spread around, but the hot/cold water trigger is still active after all.
