Full Metal Ranma: Love Is In The Air? [Episode 94351]

by Kestral

"'Love Hotels'?" asked Jadeite.

"We mainly use the Tokyo access point because it requires less energy to punch through the dimensional barrier there," pointed out Malachite. "Japan has very few 'make out points' or secluded regions, and cars are not as commonly owned by the younger set. Mass transport is more common. So the Japanese found the idea of these 'rooms by the hour' and developed the idea further."

"So we skim the energy these couples are expending anyway with a low level drain, then invest the energy elsewhere?" mused Zoicite while trying to determine if any of the shadows around the cavern were moving.

"We use the usual 'energy harvester' yoma in the hotel," said Malachite. "We bankroll that energy in order to transport more powerful soldiers."

"Your plan would never work," scoffed Jadeite. "Beryl herself approved of my plan."

"Which plan would that be?" asked a harsh woman's voice.

"Beryl-sama," acknowledged Jadeite, getting very nervous now.

"There is no threat in Tokyo that would require us to skulk," indicated Beryl.

"Great Queen, Obsidian may be in Tokyo," hesitantly brought up Malachite.

"There is no... ?!" A few hairs went toinging out of place on the Queen. "Obsidian?"

Malachite nodded.

"Isn't he dead?" asked Beryl. "No, this must be an imposter Obsidian."

"The stars indicate otherwise," said Malachite.

Beryl frowned. "Obsidian. The Queen's Wolf. He is but one man, what can he do?"

"Kill us all in very messy and no doubt inventively painful manners?" suggested Zoicite, still peering into shadows.

"Yes, I mean no," said Beryl. "Jadeite. Use whatever means are necessary. Find and stop Obsidian."

"ME?!" squeaked Jadeite. Yes he was 99% fearless. That 1% was pointing out Obsidian's kill ratio and asking if they could just sleep another millenia until this was over.

As Beryl faded out, Jadeite began to look like a man under a death sentence.

"Okay, you deal with the yoma, I'll watch from the sidelines and give supporting fire," said Ranma. "I'll open the door, you enter like we practiced."

Sailor Moon gulped and nodded.

Ranma opened the door.

Sailor Moon leapt through the door, rolled, and came up.

"You should be studying," said the teacher.

"Oh my goodness, it's the wrong room!" guessed Sailor Moon.

BANG!

Her head snapped back by the impact of the missile, the teacher briefly blinked at the ceiling before straightening up again. "Obviously what we have here is a delinquent stud-."

POOM!

"Ara?" asked the teacher as best she could with a large ovoid object in her mouth.

FOOM! went the grenade.

"Shinto wards?" asked Sailor Moon as the shrieking teacher was covered in ward papers.

"Dang, it was supposed to go down her throat," complained Ranma. "By the way, this is where you use your attack on the distracted yoma."

"oh," sheepishly said Sailor Moon.

"What's this pen?" asked one of the students, finding an extra pen on her desk.

"Moon Tiara," began Sailor Moon.

"Delinquent students!" declared the disintegrating yoma. "Don't think you're getting out of detention!"

"Mercury Power Make UP!"

Everyone glanced over at where a transformation sequence was occurring.

"Pretty fit for a bookworm," noted Ranma idly.

"Well, I swim, and..." Mercury blushed heavily then glared at the pervert with the gun.

"-Action," belatedly finished Sailor Moon, throwing her tiara at the still disintegrating around the edges yoma.
