"Well, things did not work out as they were planned," said Setsuna softly.

"Oh really?!"

"Yes."

"Umm... what's wrong?" asked Ranma.

Setsuna gave a thin smile. "Haruka and I are Sailor Senshi. As was her lover Michiru. I am Pluto, Haruka is Uranus, and Michiru was Neptune. We are 'defenders of Love and Justice'. Magical girls, if you will. There was a time in the distant past where we all lived in a time of peace and harmony called the 'Silver Millenium'. It was detroyed by a great evil and we were reborn in the future.

"The old evil returned and there were other dangers, but we were the princesses of our planets. Our powers had been resurrected with us, so we could use them to defend us. Eventually our Princess used her power to create the time of peace that you are in now."

"So... what happened to this 'Michiru'?"

"Well, she:

• gave up her powers to you and lived her life as she would have normally."
• died."
• hasn't been hit yet in your time with the magic that will turn you into her."
• was combined with you."
• had something happen to her."
