MGCA: Cooking Fourth [Episode 97616]

As the green eyed girl came in, Haruka wondered what her story was. She obviously wasn't wearing the same outfit as them, and it meant that she didn't have to keep up with the same outfit that she and the two others had on. They were stuck with what was pretty much the standard outfit for Magical Girls being assigned as they were, and it wasn't the most comfortable outfit, not because of the fit or material, but because of what it represented. The chance to wear something else meant that they would be able to have some individual expression, though she wasn't going to hold her breath.

After all, despite the rather happy look of the other girl, it could be some psychic meddling, and her outfit might be something that was more due to their owner's taste than anything else.

But her attention was pulled from this girl, who while she looked tough enough, had an starry-eyed look in her eyes to the young man who's possession she was. She fully expected to be stared at, reviled or see thoughts of nighttime enjoyment for him in his eyes. That was something that others might have done in his place.

Instead, he merely gave them a lopsided grin. "How are ya all doin'?" Several blinks came back at him, but he actually looked serious.

Seeing as he was looking for an answer, Haruka did so, but in a controlled tone of voice. "As well as can be expected."

"That's good ta hear. As I figure it, we're gonna be together for a long time, so it'd be better if we get along, don't ya?"

"Perhaps..."

"Hey, it's better than bashin' each others' heads in. I'd really hate that."

"What would you like then?"

"Well... There is one thing," he told her, "I'm kind of hungry."

"I can make something!" the girl in the green dress piped up.

"You could?"

"Just leave it to Makoto! I'll make something really good for dinner!"

"That's good ta hear."

Oddly enough, Haruka had to agree with that. Nothing that she had seen had told her that either the pet or the rich girl would be good cooks. And she knew that she wasn't good at it either, so the idea of having someone who could cook and liked to was a good thing. That was only if this 'Makoto' turned out to actually able to make anything good.

So she was pretty much going to wait and see, and planned on doing so while:
