If one were to get close enough to see his eyes, they would see that they were slited and glowing brightly. His head moved to the side, proving that he was looking for something or someone. He jerked his head up into the sky. "..." A large roar followed his silence. The person shook his head and the roar went silent. Below him, many had turned on their lights as the roar was strong enough to shake several buildings. If he stayed here, they would find him, so he jumped
He jumped and spread his cloak out as if they were wings. He lept over a mile to his right and landed on a smaller, but still impressive. The figure looked up into the sky and rolled his glowing eyes. "..." He then pointed his hand down into the city as he had found his target. His hand fully opened to show a glowing tatoo on his palm. It was circular in shape but had many characters of a language he now knew.
When his hand opened, a glowing sword of pure darkness shot out his hand and was caught at the handle. It was a katana of pure ebony energy in which it arced off the blade. The handle of the sword was wrapped in dark bandages that were not only wrapped around the handle but the person's wrist. He walked to a nearby wall and slashed several times at it. The blade past through the wall like a hot knife through butter. When the figure pulled the blade out the wall crumbled into ashes.
The person's face stayed neutral as he walked back to the edge of the building. He found his target again and was about to jump when he stopped. "..." He cocked an eyebrow and shrugged before jumping, this time into the city below. He moved through the air like a bullet and when he landed in front of his shocked target, a massive crator formed and knocked them off their feet so now they were looking up in shock.
"Ranma???? How-" They didn't get much more time to talk when they found a blade pointed at their throat. Ranma smirked at the scared expression on his target's face. He bent down and reached into his cloak. "Please don't kill me!!" His target begged, but Ranma ignored them. Since he lost the ability to speak, he didn't really care to talk to people, in fact he should have done this before.
No more sticking his foot into his mouth, no more people twisting his words around, no more being forced into things because he couldn't think before he spoke. If he did need to talk to someone, he could have Bahamut do it for him as they are connected through their minds. People will listen to what a giant dragon will say and never try to twist his words.
He pulled out a scroll and moved his blade so he could cut a shallow cut into his target's face. He took some of the blood on the blade into his hand and marked the person's forhead with the character for justice. He smirked as they pissed their pants and passed out in fear. He left the scroll on the person a jumped back into the air, much, much higher than before and found himself high the sky on the back of his partner. His eyes were no longer glowing nor slited. "..." He looked down at the city before zooming off into the sky to plan.
The person woke up feeling dried blood on their face and smelled piss on them. "I'm not dead? Ranma didn't kill me?" They got up to report to the others that Ranma wasn't dead and that was when the scroll was discovered. The person gulped as it was unrolled.
