Tirga's presence snapped Sheila out of her current state... And slowly, her face contorted into an angry sneer...

Sheila kapowies Ranma first, giving Tirga time to escape.
Sheila kapowies Tirga first, giving Ranma time to escape.
Sheila somehow kapowies both Tirga and Ranma simultaneously.
Sheila kapowies Tirga and "interrogates" Ranma.
Tirga realizes Sheila is going into kapowie mode and leaves, forcing Ranma to be the only victim of Sheila's wrath...
