Kiyone's plane was still prepping for takeoff.
That left Ranma and Akane to get a ride with Misato.
"What the heck is that?" Ranma asked.
"1969 Ford Mustang," said Misato. "Three fifty engine. Listen to her purr."
VROOOOOM VROOOOOM!
"Yo, you one fine looking mama," said Akane to the car.
"Isn't she though?" beamed Misato. "A real 'wild horse' ain't it?"
"I guess," said Ranma, wondering if this was going to be a mistake.
Five minutes later, all doubt had been removed.
A miserable looking ferret made pitiable little clawing motions in the direction of the radio. Nabiki wondered if someone could get Azusa for animal cruelty charges.
"And that was Aika Kawanga's version of 'She's got legs' done in easy listening format. Let's hear it for her. Next is Nobuo Natsuneda doing a 3/4 version of 'I did it my way'."
Nabiki whimpered as 'Amateur Night' on the All Karaoke Station continued.
Little Azusa held up the shiny red pill. Ground up and sprinkled on Jean's food, it would give her the seven essential vitamins and sedatives to bring out the natural luster in Jean's fur. Then she could play with Jean and Jean wouldn't be a bad girl anymore.
And the little pink locking collar, similar to the one she'd once given Charlotte, would look so cute on her!
"Here we are," said Misato. "Tendo residence. See ya tomorrow, Ranma."
"O-okay," said Ranma, not that Misato tended to move fast and cut around obstacles and weave through traffic. No not at all. He must be tired, but scared would not fit into his world view in the slightest. No chance.
"Come to mommy, P-chan," said Akane, staggering along as if afraid someone would drag her back into the car.
