The troops on Saturn's moon had used most of their time to get used to the terrain of Titan. Mostly a landscape made from a sticky snow like organic substance. The small lakes of liquid methane didn't help either. After every time outside, the PAA and BMCP's needed some time in the air lock to clean them. The only good thing about this moon was the thick nitrogen atmosphere.
But like everything, this little peace in wartime didn't stay. Three Zentraedi Cruisers had approached Titan directly, with the orders to try and capture one or more of the micronians. A drop ship made it's way through the thick atmosphere of the cold moon, touching the light blue mud of the surface.
A few dozen Zentraedi battle pods and male power armor made their way through the storm that was blowing over the area of Titan colony at the moment. As the Zentraedi reached a perimeter of five kilometers from the colony, several of them stepped on rather classical anti-tank mines.
This was the signal for the BMCP and infantry in PAA. Four Krauss-Maffei Mad Cats left their hiding spots and executed the 'Death from above' maneuver, using their jumpjets to gain some altitude and simply drop on a battle pod, stomping them underneath and cracking the armor, letting the hypercold atmosphere of Titan flood into it. After making their landings, they just opened fire with PPC's, MRM's and Autocannons and jumped again using smaller jets to control their flight.
In the background two artillery BMCP's launched their own LRM's in a constant rate after getting their targets locked and checking that other BMCP's or PAA's weren't in the area. The other six BMCP's were humaniform mecha, able to use humanoid arms to get into hand-to-hand combat and using their build in weapons.
The tactics of the infantry in PAA were easy compared to the large mecha. The PAA were all painted in a camouflage pattern that hid them against the light blue surroundings. They had to avoided the steps of the Zentraedi and BMCP's, before jumping up onto a battle pod or Power armor and attaching two pounds of C4 complete with remote detonator. After getting away from the Pod they detonated the C4, blowing away large chunks of armor.
All in all the fight at Titan colony was surprisingly short, at least of the Zentraedi in the drop ship and the three cruisers in orbit, currently battling the 15th CDF.
