”Mercury!!” The Senshi of Ice looked up to see Tuxedo Kamen and Sailor Moon drop into the area. “What in the world is going on? Sailor Moon hasn’t been able to fill me in on everything.”
”I think it would be best if I filled you in later. Or you can speak to Artemis. Needless to say, the events that have transpired have been both exhausting and frightening and we could all use a good night’s rest,” said Ami in a weary tone. Her communicator beeped once and Makoto’s image popped up. “Jupiter? Did you and Mars find Venus?
”Yeah. She doesn’t have any severe injuries. If you don’t mind, we’re gonna take her straight home.”
”Alright. I’ll contact you tomorrow then. Mercury out.”
Artemis sighed in relief. That’s one less thing to worry about. He turned to Sailor Moon and spoke. “We need to have a meeting as soon as possible to discuss these recent developments.”
”I agree with you but first, we all need to get some rest.” She paused when she noticed Saturn trying to get up and lift Ranma up on her shoulder. “Where are you going?”
”To find a place for the night,” stated Saturn frankly.
Sailor Moon gave a small gasp. ’They’re homeless?!?’
Sailor Saturn summoned up some magical energy and prepared to cast Raywing when the Princess spoke again.
”Wait!! You two should probably come to our meeting. We have a lot to talk about.” She turned to her protector. “I don’t suppose you would be willing to put them up for the night in your apartment?”
’Letting two strangers spend the night in my home?!?’ Tuxedo Kamen was about to voice his objections when Saturn spoke again.
”It’s okay, really. We’ll manage by ourselves.”
”You’re one of us and we look out for each other. I know that you’re a trustworthy person and you seem to treasure him deeply so he must be good! Right?” Sailor Moon still wasn’t sure what to think about the boy.
”He’s good. You won’t have to worry about that other part of him that came out tonight. I recast the seal on it,” said Saturn.
”Can you please let them stay?” asked Sailor Moon in an uber-kawaii tone.
’Geez...if I say no, she’ll think of me as the biggest jerk ever.’ Tuxedo Kamen sighed before giving in.
