Tokyo Archmage: Ground Problems [Episode 106297]

Over the years, the locals had told stories about a certain piece of land where they said strange things happened. Tales of odd happenings were frequent, though, in the manner of such things, none could be proven or dismissed. Rather, they took on a life all their own, and had fallen into local folklore. They were tales to tell on late nights when one wished to frighten the young and the unwary, as well as continuing the history of the place. But there was no denying that there was some sort of truth to the stories.

And construction for the school was happening on that land.

After all, it was there, it was useful, and most importantly to any government contract, it was relatively cheap. Not that anyone on the project actually believed the tales that were told to them. They had a job to do, and a schedule to keep, which didn't allow for such prattle.

Though one or two did bring good luck charms, just in case.

However, there had been something there, even if it wasn't clearly marked. Once it had been something that could have been easily found, but in the time since it had been there, things had happened, and people mainly forgot the exact truth. But it was there, and the construction was going to disturb it, so that when classes started, there would be some... 'interesting' experiences.
