The class he was to teach had some relatively normal delinquents. Some would end up in Natsume's class, apparently the arrangements weren't finalized. Otherwise:
Eiichi Ikenami - a would-be rocker with more drive than talent, prone to breaking out singing at odd times.
Rintaro Shimazaki - a bishonen type who had gotten into a lot of fights. Lost a lot of them too. Seemed to think he was a lot better than he was.
Miyuki Miyazawa - a nerd who ended up transferred to Saint Bishamon due to ignoring too many professors and reading in class. When she was actually pried away from her latest book, she actually was able to score well on tests though.
Chieko Shirakaba - richer than Kuno and not stuck in some samurai epic, but loony in her own way apparently.
Migiko and Hidariko - Chieko's thugs, stooges, underlings, hired help, whatever you wanted to call them.
Futaba Kaibara - control freak.
Rie Shibata - occult otaku and seriously creepy. Not as prone to voodoo as Gosunkugi, and actually right every so often.
Yakumo Oh-izumi - anyone who would set up a Mad Scientist Club in his old high school probably did deserve to get transferred to Saint Bishamon's.
Atsuko Natsume - daughter of the science teacher, except why did she have a cat spirit?!
Jun Iida - a real rich witch type. A bit more sane than Chieko or Kodachi, but she'd run Houka Girl's School like her own personal playground until she'd gotten too obvious for her own good. Once she'd crossed that line she'd ended up transferred.
Shizuma Kusanagi - all he wanted was a good fight. Oni blood or something in his veins. Really damn good fighter, one of those whom you beat only to find him getting up a moment later for round two and more enthusiastic than ever.
Ryoko Mitsurugi - girl samurai. As in love with the whole epic samurai gig as Tatewaki Kuno, but also more in touch with reality. For the most part. At least in Kuno's class as a fighter, possibly better - he'd have to see her actually fight to be sure.
Aoi Asahina - might be one of Ryoga's relatives. Apparently she had no sense of direction, or just a really poor one. Sword style learned in a Catholic School, very controlled.
Asuka Kuronari - ninja wannabe. Probably get along very well with Tajra. Got in trouble for blowing up a classroom using ninja bombs of some kind, having misplaced the smoke grenades with the more destructive variety.
Kodachi Kuno - just as he remembered her.
Akane Tendo - she seemed even angrier without his presence in her life, which made absolutely no sense to Ranma at all.
Xiaoxing Huang - Chinese student of Bondage Martial Arts. No kidding. Ranma was just glad that his father had never heard of it.
Megumi Momoi - heir of the Pro Wrestling Style Of Martial Arts.
In other words, Ranma was looking at a powderkeg even worse than Furinkan. There were more. Mainly thug types and...
"Tarja?! TAJRA!"
The girls' locker room was put together quickly and efficiently. If it seemed to be a bit chilly at times, if the workers felt odd presences in the air, well - it WAS Japan after all. There were frequent downpours and the weather had been chilly of late. A few actual thunderstorms, though little lightning actually coming down. Nothing unusual at this time of year.
The workmen were pretty much normal workmen in their little "Safety First" hardhats. The foremen were normal foremen with their clip-on ties and clipboards. There were others involved at various stages, explaining how to fasten advanced materials or called in to pour ferrocrete and run specialized wiring, and these others were specialists in various fields.
Unfortunately, nobody had considered getting a mage or occult specialist. Otherwise they would have checked into the history of the area and found that on the site of the girl's locker room and a good section of the gymnasium, there once had been:
