Pewter: Thay can't hit what Thay can't see ^_^ [Episode 107024]

Red Wizards were nasty, evil and cruel. They were also good spellcasters. They had to be in order to keep the people of Thay from revolting against them en masse and burning them at the stake after much more unpleasant things were done first.

Which was why they could be forgiven for being surprised by the seeming fact that what looked like cute harmless little woodland creatures were kicking their ass.

Dragons were not stupid creatures. They knew who to go after first in this battle. Magic Users were always first priority targets in a battle. And against Red Wizards, there was no such thing as overkill. A pudgy little raccoon opened up with a prismatic spray that took out two red robes and left a third a stone statue.

Two cute little squirrels let loose with perfectly timed fireballs in the middle of the largest concentration of slavers and minions.

Bluejays and Robins contributed to the madness with screaming magic missiles and howling cones of frost wherever they saw an opportunity.

The ensuing havoc that caused finished off any thoughts of getting reorganized against this assault by the cute and cuddly. It was every Thay for themself now.

Which was exactly what the Dragons had planned.

Pretty soon there was nothing left but the mop up....
