"Like what?" Nabiki asked, intruiged.
"Simple outfit changes, enhanced senses perhaps for those who might have had it in a previous life, extra sensory perception for a few... and our Traumas."
"'Traumas'?"
"You must remember that we each died in... less than comfortable circumstances."
"I'd say that's putting it real easily," growled Haruka.
"True, but think of it this way. Each of us will remember just how we... left this world, and as such, won't want to like what made an impact on us."
"Oh my..," Kasumi murmrued with her hand to her mouth, "You mean that you'll be afraid of what you died from?"
"Sounds like it," Nabiki agreed, "Not that I can blame them. I'd be wary of that sort of thing myself."
"I suppose so... But would that mean that they'd react badly to Father's friend?"
"That's something that's really shown to be clearly the case."
A series of nods came back to the two sisters.
"But why would my old friend do things like you describe?" Soun asked.
"Because he's a bastard?" the former wolf asked.
"He's a pig?" Rei suggested.
"He is an idiot?" Michiru asked.
"Since he's a meanie?" Usagi sniffled.
"We get the idea," the middle Tendo daughter told them and held up a hand as various put downs were still clearly left to be voiced.
Coming back in while wiping her chin with a napkin, Akane looked around the room at the group. "Did I miss anything?"
"Other than the confirmation that our father's old buddy is apparently a gluttonous clutz, a sadistic bastard, or both, not much."
"Ohh..."
"Uhh.. Would someone tell me what's goin' on?" asked a confused voice at the center of a protective circle of girls.
"There is that," Nabiki corrected herself.
The Tendo girls looked at each other for a moment before turning back to the matter at hand while:
