Ranma shrugged. "Right now, all ya guys have ta do is ta learn how ta be safe and for us ta keep ta get used to what we're doin' here."
"We will be creating a set of standard operating procedures then."
"Err... not 'xactly, but close enough. The only thing we've got ta do is ta make sure that ya take care of yourselves properly, and now how ta act."
"What about food?" Earth asked, "How will our refueling go?"
"Don't call it that! And our eatin' will be simple. Cookin' will be done in shifts, with three meals a day."
Venus nodded at the statement and looked to him. "What about our garments? Will we be getting any others?"
"Of course ya will!" he replied. "Can't have ya all just goin' around in that stuff."
"Is there anything else we should be aware of?" Neptune asked.
"Well... there is my curse..."
"What about your curse?" Mars questioned.
"That's my father's fault. He dragged me off to a place in China where when ya fall inta a pool, ya get cursed ta turn inta whatever drowned there when ya get hit by cold water. Hot water turns me back, and I ain't had a chance ta look for anythin' that'll work on the magic."
"'Magic'?"
"I dunno any scientific way ta describe it, so I call it 'magic'."
The girls looked at each other, and then back at him. Such things were unlikely, but then they did not care. They had been told that it was so, and as such, they believed it.
"Speakin' of 'hot water', why don't ya all go and get out of that stuff so ya can go take some showers? This way all of ya will be cleaned up."
Each of them saw this as an instruction, and acted accordingly.
Leaving Ranma to stare in shock as nine attractive girls stripped out of their clothing, placed the outfits in strict order, and headed for the shower area, all in front of him with no regard for modesty in front of him. He slapped a hand over his face and groaned deep in his throat. "Me and my mouth... Guys? Just so ya know, ya shouldn't strip in front of a guy like that..."
"When should we?" Uranus asked.
"Not like this. If... if ya have a reason to. Like when ya need to get checked out."
"Such as during an inspection."
"Sorta..."
"Will you be inspecting us when we finish our cleaning?"
"I don't think so," he replied and waved them off with his free hand. "Go now. Shower so that ya all get clean."
Nods came back to him, and they moved off.
After they left, he rolled his eyes and sighed to himself. He had known that he would have to watch what he said, but he hadn't realised just how much he'd have to do so. As far as he was concerned, they must have been really out of options when it came time to pick who would do this. But he didn't have to a choice in the matter, and would have to make the best of it.
Hopefully he'd grow able to do it easy enough, though he was hoping that would be sooner rather than later while:
