Danielle blinked and looked at the red-headed woman on the screen currently doing a win pose and then back at her, apparently delusional, friend.
"That can't be your daddy!" Danielle said firmly.
"Yes, she is!" Britanny said defiantly. "She's my daddy."
"You're daddy can't be a girl," Danielle noted.
"Yes she can be!" Britanny said.
It was at this point that Danielle's parents got involved, having heard the loud argument.
"Did you say your father was a woman, Britanny, dear?" Danielle's mother asked suspiciously.
"Sometimes," Britanny answered.
"Does your male father know about this?" the adult asked.
"Of course, that's silly," Britanny said, blinking.
"What does he say about it?" Danielle's mother asked.
"He just says 'never go to Jusenkyo' and starts talking in Japanese about stupid pandas," Britanny said.
Danielle's mother frowned and considered what she had just learned. She'd have to have a talk with Mr. or Mrs. Saotome when they got back home today.
