[Episode 11080] [Episode 11080]It didn't take Kodachi long to figure out what was beyond the door. "It's a maze," she said simply.
"What do you mean?" Ryoga asked, confused.
Kodachi seethed. "Don't you see? This is a maze. We're rats running a maze for our 'hosts.' They are testing us for something..."
Everyone paused at that thought. "You'd best stick close to us, P-chan, or you'll never leave."
Ryoga growled, and would have attacked, but for Akane stopping him. "Stop picking on Ryoga, Ranma! This isn't the time or place!!" Turning to Ryoga, she continued, "And we'd all better stay together!"
"Pervert-girl right." Shampoo said pointedly. After all, when the fiancee's started agreeing with each other, it was serious. "We have better chance if all together."
"Agreed." Ukyo finalized it. "So how do we get out of the maze?"
"Know you nothing, Kuonji?" Kuno said with a snort. He touched his right hand to the nearby wall. "We follow a single wall. In a maze such as this, it will inevitably lead us out!" Kuno then started walking, not waiting for the rest.
Ranma thought it inherently wrong to follow any suggestion by Kuno, but as the others shrugged and followed him, he just went along, grumbling the whole way.
A moan alerted Akane to another presence. She saw someone stumbling down another path. "Wait a sec, I see someone!" she called, walking over to the person.
She heard an argument behind her, but ignored it. The figure was female, and wearing a Furinkan uniform... it was Yuka!! "Yuka! You're all right!" Akane called, rushing to her stumbling friend.
Yuka barely seemed to notice her, her eyes were glassy, and her hair a matted mess. It looked like she had not slept in days, or something. And then there was that smell...
Akane shook it all off. "Yuka? Yuka! It's me! Akane!" Akane heard someone moving behind her. Turning, she saw Ranma and Ukyo approaching.
Which meant she missed seeing Yuka suddenly focus on her. She didn't miss as Yuka grabbed her, then bit into her shoulder hard enough to draw blood. "YAAHH!" Akane screamed in pain! What had gotten into her friend.
Ranma was there in a second, pushing Yuka off Akane. Yuka slammed into the wall, and slumped down. Ranma was momentarily contrite... he had shoved her harder than her had intended.
Then he boggled as Yuka got back up, and lurched toward him. He swept out her legs this time, then checked Yuka's chi, to see what was wrong.
She didn't have any.
That distracted Ranma so much that she managed to crawl close enough to bite his foot. This time he kicked her, not even at full power. But her head just collapsed like a rotten melon.
Ukyo looked sick. "R..Ranchan...you just killed her..."
Ranma shook his head. He felt slightly dizzy. "No. I didn't. She was dead a long time ago."
Akane teared as she got up, and then stumbled. "I...I don't feel so good..."
Ranma began to sweat. "Yeah, neither do I..."
Then, from down the hall, they heard more moaning. Multiple voices, this time...
They rushed to get back to the others...
