“This is all that bitch’s fault! If she hadn’t burned me I could have sold her to the military to fund more experiments. . . and maybe even track down my worthless son while I was at it.” the Genma said as he scanned the area for any movement.
“This is all that bitch’s fault!” his own voice seemingly replied from up in a tree.
Stopping and looking to where his voice came from he was able to make out what appeared to be ripples in the shape of a large man hanging on a tree. He gathered all the energy he could spare as fast as he could and launched his attack.
“Kijin-Rashu-Dan!” he yelled as he released his attack. Only one of the vacuum blades hit its mark managing to cleanly remove an arm.
The creature let out a roar of pain as it fired it’s shoulder cannon while leaping away in retreat. The blast hit ripping off the mummy’s right arm in a gory explosion.
Genma knew with the heavy bleeding he would be dead soon. Gathering all his ki he cauterized his stump, passing out from the strain.
After several hours had passed he woke up and meekly began looking for signs of the creature. Finding only the severed muscular arm he chuckled. “Looks like I found some new DNA to work with.”
