The thing was that she saw them as coming in two distinct patterns. Either they were the sort to stand back and let the little mortals run about their lives, or they were the interfering sort who tended to get involved no matter what the situation really called for. In the latter case, it did not matter if they were trying to be helpful, destructive, or curious. By her book, it all resulted in the same thing.
So it easily explained why she rolled her eyes and looked upwards as she muttered, "Someone really has it out for me, don't they?"
Gladly letting the storm pass by an image where the Senshi were literal clowns fighting with pies and setlzer bottles, she watched as things settled down to show:
