Invincible Overlord: Laharl's New Conquest [Episode 112324]

Setsuna couldn't believe her eyes. Even in all her years, she had only thought that the tales of two other worlds being connected to her own system were just that; tall tales.

Apparently, those old stories had more truth in them than anyone could have possibly guessed. And it had all been started by one man's pride.

Ordinarily, when General Carter came to attempt a takeover of the Netherworld, Laharl and his forces merely destroyed the attacking fleet and sealed the gateway between the Human World and their own. Not so in this time.

Instead, Laharl had become so powerful that he had forced the Senate of his world to open a portal to the Human World, whereupon after killing Carter, he had taken over for himself.

Setsuna groaned in despair. Laharl, by himself, had been strong enough to completely destroy the entire Human Fleet, as well as the Seraph of Celestia. Although the Seraph was not quite as powerful as Queen Serenity would be, the comparison made chills go down Setsuna's spine, especially as she considered the fact that Laharl had only continued to gain in strength since then.

And that wasn't even counting his vassals...

The demon Etna, fallen angel Flonne, the former Defender of Earth, Gordon... While none was up to the sort of power that Laharl could bring to bear, all were strong enough to eradicate the Senshi. Add to that his actual army of demons, his father's former vassals, and the mysterious Mid-Boss...

Setsuna started banging her head against the side of the Gates.

(Invincible OVERLORD... Couldn't resist.)
