Looking further, Sailor Pluto determined that as far she could see concerning one Ranma Saotome, she had succeeded. He didn't cross the senshi fs paths.
The Overlord had been ruling for several decades so far, and his rule had been fair, even if the other countries f leaders tended to demonize him.
Cue to one Genma Saotome, in the original timeline, he attempted to teach Ranma the nekoken, driving him partially insane. In this timeline he did make the attempt, only to be found, tried and removed from the gene pool. Ranma ended up in the state fs custody, receiving treatment and education, and finding himself serving the Overlord's forces as a fresh graduate officer at one of his main bases near the Middle East.
It was only a small consolation; right now her major headache was about the Overlord.
Looking back in time, to see how he came to be, she found one Katsuhito Masaki, or better known as, Yosho of Jurai.
She remembered that in the original timeline, Yosho posed as a priest, and remained in the background. His grandson ended up becoming the Jurai's crown prince and returning to Jurai after his marriage.
What changed? Looking at the past she found the change.
At the beginning of the 20th century, the military became the real power in the Japanese government, and in it's preparation for an upcoming war, they built several installations at several locations in Japan. In this case, one of those chosen locations was the mountains near the Masaki shrine.
Yosho, of course, refused to give up the lands, mostly because of it would free Ryoko from her prison. The end result was that some hotheads in key position at the military decided to call him a traitor, and to make an example of him, by executing his family and any people that supported him.
Since it involved his family and friends, Yosho fought back, using his Juraian powers and knowledge. The resulting battles lead to the conquest of the entire Japanese island chain and establishing the Overlord's rule.
