Artemis sat on the side of the temple's main room besides his mate. The usually spacious room was overflowed with the coming of Serenity-hime and her family, so they had the doors opened to the front courtyard (to make more space), were some of Rei-sama's soldiers could be seen patrolling the grounds. The fire knight that had introduced himself to them as their commander (Haquim, isn't it?) stood in guard behind his fiery mistress, eyes covering everything around. On occasion, another spirit would come and talk about some thing or another, leaving with his answer.
The Tsukino's faces when they entered the temple and actually saw the fire spirits was comical (Being her majesty's family, even if common mortals, nobody though of hiding their presence of them). He could see that they were still overwhelmed as they tried to absorb and make sense of all the information. After all, its not every day that you find out that your daughter is the heir of the throne of Makai, AND the reincarnated Princess of the Moon AND liable to become queen of both earth and Makai! Along with finding that all her daughter's friends NEVER have been human, plus the other darkstalkers present: Millennia, Talbain, her sister, Mei-Ling and Hsien-Ko, himself and Luna, all of them in their 'true' forms… It was a testament to their inner strength that they weren't comatose, or had run away in terror.
Although he had to keep himself from laughing too much at Shingo. Some time earlier, he had tried some wisecrack at his sister while she and the others were explaining things, no doubt fully expecting her to begin bawling her head off, for his unending amusement. Instead, suddenly the room seemed filled with dark shadows as she speared him with a serious look, her usually laughing blue eyes turned into cold glowing ice orbs.
"I deserve respect, little brother, and you WILL give me that. Are we clear?" her princess had spoken, not once raising her voice. Shingo could only nod back his acknowledgement, unable to speak. SPECIALLY when he looked around to see to other senshi's eyes targeted on him. The combined force of their not-quite-glares had been… frightening. All of them with enhanced senses knew at once the result, as the smell was quite strong for them. The cats had to hold the laugh, managing only some smirks. Talbain looked at the boy with some pity, while Endymion-sama looked stern at him.
After Hino-san had took him to the bathroom for cleaning, his manners had DECIDEDLY improved LOTS towards her...
His musings at the talk were interrupted, though, by Setsuna's voice: "People, I've been giving it some though and… I think I have a possible solution for our power problems…"
