“Arachnae?” The spider he had defeated earlier stepped out carefully, still fearful of the man who had defeated her.
Felecia was startled. Poison spider-types like this one and Widows were known to be deadly, and never hesitated in killing.
But this one...she appeared afraid...and wanting to be near her Master. “You want to be near my Master?”
“Arachnae!” The spider woman shook her head in agreement, but kept her distance.
Ranma was confused. “Um, I know all you can say is your type, but...if you promise to be good, I guess you can stay with us.”
Felecia wanted to warn her tamer, but the Arachnae was already hopping around in joy, before rushing her tamer and rubbing her cheek along her tamer’s chest, taking special care to keep her dangerous limbs from harming him.
Felicia remembered that Arachnae often turned into Widows if hurt enough, and had no desire to see her Master end up as an insane pokegirl’s dinner. She pulled the Arachnae aside while her Master continued to work on dinner, assuming she knew best. “Listen, I know you want to be near him, and I won’t lie...I am afraid you might become a Widow. But as his Alpha, promise me that should you ever evolve into a Widow and hurt him, even without pain, you will always love and protect him.”
The Arachnae considered her words, proving she was smarted than most wild pokegirls. She had met someone who wasn’t a weak and perverted male like most tamers she saw in the woods. He had even risked his life to save his pokegirl, and was contented to leave her alone instead of trying to kill her, like most tamers would have.
That shocked the feral girl. That meant...he cared.
The Arachnae then asked itself an important question. Would it rather be wild...or be with someone like that?
It nodded its head. “Arachnae.” It wanted to stay with its kind human.
Felicia sighed. It would have been easier if the Arachnae had left. Her Master would have been safer, and she would have been tamed more.
But if he had an Arachnae willingly follow him... “Master, I think you need to tame her now. She wants to stay with you, but you need to give her the bond you gave me as well.”
Ranma had no clue about this bond, but he could see the new girl’s desire to be with him. ‘Well, that’s new. I kick a girl’s ass, and she wants to stay with me.’ He moved towards the new pokegirl, hugging her human top to his chest, surprised at feeling the wild pokegirl’s tears on his shirt. “Don’t cry, I promise to always take care of you. Just be good from now on, and I’ll always be your friend.”
The Arachnae looked at him, smiling. It had been a long time since she had ever felt...wanted. And this Tamer wanted to be not only her friend....but wanted her to be happy. She kissed him, wishing with all her heart that she would never hurt this tamer...this man, who had shown her such kindness, and wishing that if this was a dream, she’d never wake up.
